Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tokenmaxxing handles information when you use the Tokenmaxxing app and website.

Effective date: October 10, 2026 · Publisher: DijitalGözlük Ltd. Şti.

1. Who we are

Tokenmaxxing is published by DijitalGözlük Ltd. Şti.. If you have privacy questions, you can contact us at yaz@dijitalgozluk.com.

2. Information Tokenmaxxing may process

Depending on how you use Tokenmaxxing, the app may process:

  • provider names, identifiers, preferences, and usage summaries you add inside the app;
  • provider credentials or tokens needed to access supported provider APIs;
  • usage history, sync metadata, widget projections, and notification preferences;
  • purchase and entitlement information supplied by Apple for subscriptions;
  • emails or information you send to us for support.

Anonymous Analytics is on by default to help improve Tokenmaxxing. It sends a limited set of in-app product-interaction events and basic app/device context to PostHog using a random identifier generated and stored locally by the PostHog SDK. It is not linked to your account, email, Apple/iCloud identity, provider accounts, purchases, RevenueCat, advertising, attribution, campaigns, or another device. You can turn off Anonymous Analytics at any time in Settings. Your choice persists and stops new capture and delivery of queued analytics. Events also include a verified distribution category to separate store and test installations and, when available, the current App Store storefront country code. This storefront setting is not your physical location or original download country. App transaction identifiers, receipts and account details are not sent; IP geolocation stays disabled. While Anonymous Analytics is on, the app may also fetch one remote configuration value from PostHog, such as the App Store rating shown during onboarding. That request uses the same random identifier, sends no events, and is not made while Anonymous Analytics is off.

People without a subscription see one promo card from Kickstart Exchange. To request and show it, Kickstart Exchange receives the ad request, including your IP address and which app it is shown in, plus whether the card was seen or tapped. No account, provider, or usage data is shared with Kickstart Exchange. Subscribers do not see the card.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • connect your selected providers and show usage analytics;
  • sync data across your own devices where Apple services support it;
  • power widgets, menu bar summaries, notifications, and app settings;
  • process subscriptions, restore purchases, and respond to support requests;
  • operate authentication and provider-related backend flows where needed.

4. Storage and security

Tokenmaxxing is designed to keep sensitive data in Apple-native storage where possible. Provider secrets may be stored in Keychain, including synchronizable Keychain when available. App records may be stored in SwiftData and synchronized through your private iCloud account using Apple services. Redacted widget and menu bar projection data may be stored in the app group container used by Tokenmaxxing.

Tokenmaxxing does not store provider credentials, usage history, or app data on Tokenmaxxing servers. Sensitive provider tokens and API keys are stored in Apple Keychain. Private sync and reminder data is stored with Apple iCloud or CloudKit.

5. Third parties and service providers

Tokenmaxxing may interact with:

  • Apple services such as App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, CloudKit, and Keychain;
  • supported AI agent providers that you explicitly connect;
  • Tokenmaxxing backend services used only for supported transient authentication or app flows.

Backend services are not used as a persistence layer for your provider credentials, usage history, or app data. We do not sell your personal information. We only share data as needed to provide the functionality you request, comply with law, or operate the app.

6. Retention and deletion

Data remains available until you remove it, delete the app, or Apple or provider platform rules require removal. If you need help removing support communications, contact us at yaz@dijitalgozluk.com.

7. Your choices

You can choose whether to:

  • connect supported providers;
  • enable notifications, widgets, menu bar usage, or background refresh where supported;
  • purchase a subscription;
  • contact us for support.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
